Job Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in the HR field with minimum 8 years in Talent Acquisition related roles
• Experience in recruitment with proven track record and exposure managing and leading a team of recruiters

Responsibilities

- Build an end-to-end recommendation platform for enterprise clients, including data import, feature engineering, model training and inference, and online recommendation engine functionalities;

- Lead and participate in demand abstraction, feature research, system design, and PRD writing.

What you will be working on

In this role, you will:

• Design, develop, maintain Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites/Forms solutions to meet evolving business requirements and user needs.
