Role Name: General Manager (GM) for Envac SEA

Reporting to CEO & Regional President of Envac Region Greater China, SEA & India

Depending on the experience and qualification of the candidate, this role could start with a 6 to 12 months of transition to learn about Envac systems and operations as a Senior Project Director or Acting as a Regional COO role. Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain a project-specific BIM Execution Plan to define the BIM objectives, deliverables, responsibilities, and procedures for each project phase.

· Implement and enforce compliance with BIM standards and protocols (e.g., ISO 19650, PAS 1192) to ensure quality and consistency in model creation, data management, and coordination.
