• Ability to coordinate and track orders, shipments, and deliveries accurately.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software relevant to warehouse operations and customer service (e.g., ERP, WMS or SAP systems, Microsoft Office).
• Work location - Pioneer, Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist operation / logistics manager in carrying out duties
• Customer Order processing and monitoring shipment status
• Shipment coordination with Forwarder and Trucker
• Generate shipment report
• Update and file shipping documents
• Perform invoicing to customer
• Assist program on daily report / data support
• Perform shipment declaration

Job Requirements:

• Well-versed in Permit Declarations, Customs Procedures, Import / Export / LC documentation, Major Exporter Scheme is preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP, WMS and Microsoft Office Applications.
• Customer service oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive, Independent, meticulous and team player.
