-Perform general administrative duties.
-Recommend music courses, enrolment, collect school fees.
-Sales of books/music instruments and inventory management.
-Assist in statistical compilations - payment backlog, sales and fees revenue, student intake/drop out, etc

Requirements

-Possess at least a GCE 'O' Level
-Proficiency in MS Office including MS Excel
-Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
-Able to work on Friday, Saturday and Sunday
-Able to work at "retail hours" ( nights and weekends )

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in site acceptance tests, commissioning, and startup of transformers and switchgear (knowledge of UPS, VSDs, and PLCs is a plus).
• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, fault investigation, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment.
• Provide on-site technical support and post-sales solutions to customers.
• Resolve on-site repair and maintenance issues effectively.
• Share field feedback to improve and develop products.
• Manage procurement of spare parts from suppliers.

Job Requirements

• Field service experience, with hands-on skills to work independently on-site.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.
• Willing to travel for business trips.
