Your Team

Responsibilities of the role

• Lead consumer researches to develop qualified brand concept, benefit and claims that addresses Japanese consumers’ unmet needs
• Communicate with local partners, stakeholders and suppliers to drive P&G business initiatives
• Lead creative agencies to develop communication ideas and execute TV copy production designed/customized for the cultural nuances of Japanese consumers
• Develop initiatives fit-for-use toolkits (including copy, prints, digital i-banners, social & eCommerce contents, sampling trial toolkits, in-store activation and demos, etc.), and deploy/guide the Japan delivery team for execution

About The Role

Position Summary / Project Description

This role is responsible for developing the overall strategy and implementation of the National Health IT Master Plan (HITMAP) in Singapore. We are looking for experienced Programme Manager to plan and deliver Healthcare Analytics programmes. The Programme Manager will be responsible for all components of programme including strategizing, planning and implementation.

Role and Responsibilities

He/she will also work with the delivery teams comprising project managers, change management specialists, business analysts and clinical subject matter experts to deliver the programme initiatives and projects.

· 1. Understand business needs and develop IT strategies and work-plan for a specific/group of business programmes in healthcare analytics domain.

· 2. Engage, influence, communicate and seek approval from programme sponsor(s) and stakeholders to support the programme strategies and plans.

· 3. Manage the programme scope, budget and schedule to deliver the desired programme outcomes.

· 4. Lead and drive the consultants and vendors in delivering the programme/project.

· 5. Oversee the implementation and delivery of the IT programme/projects in healthcare analytics domain.

· 6. Report timely on programme/project’s achievements, issues and progress.

· 7. Obtain endorsement of strategy and work-plan from programme sponsor with support from all stakeholders.

· 8. Lead and drive the programme and project teams (including consultants) towards successfully delivery of programme/projects.

9. On-time delivery of programme/projects.

· 10. Responsible to track and monitor programme and projects are delivered within approved budget.

11. Responsible to defined, monitored and achieved KPIs of programme and projects.

Requirements / Qualifications

· Minimum 10 years of working experience as a Programme Manager or Project Manager, preferably in healthcare IT industry or public services.

· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in delivering end-to-end industry analytics solutions, from conceptualization to deployment, within the industry with either a consultancy or a technology company.

· Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Informatics/Computer Studies/IT/Engineering or any other relevant fields.

· Demonstrated leadership capabilities in IT industry

· Proven problem analysis and problem solving skills.

· Good listening skills and an ability to ask questions and probe to uncover issues.

· Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

· Have a good understanding of business processes and needs in order to create value in a business context with business intelligence and insights.

· Good knowledge of various business/ enterprise/ clinical/ patient systems/applications and outputs within specific industry domains will be advantageous.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holders or above in IT or Software Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a project management setting
• Minimum 8 years of web development experience, solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Strong experience in Laravel/PHP, MySQL, NodeJS/NextJS, JS/TypeScript, CSS/SCSS, and other relevant web development technologies.
• Good knowledge in best practices for project management, business applications, websites and mobile apps development preferred.
• Experience in managing people and leading a team: this must be evidenced in past projects.
• Working in an Agile Software development environment and teams.
• Understanding and experience of system quality, security, performance, maintainability & extensibility
• Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Identify technology trends and emerging solutions to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and innovation.
