Job Duties

Human Resource

• Lead the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making informed hiring decisions for normal or overseas hiring and BPO (*placement of staff at client location) recruitment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience with labor laws in Malaysia, Philippines, or Indonesia is considered advantageous.

Position purpose

Part of The Global Distribution team, the Area Asia Pacific GBU Pharma Channel Manager is responsible for developing and executing the GBU business plans that align with our corporate channel strategy involving the Outbound Channel. Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Lead Consultant who is designated as SO Rep to manage the day to day operations of the Building Contract. Role Description:

The B2B Consulting Manager plays a critical role in building and nurturing lasting relationships with F&B clients, guiding them to leverage modular solutions for increased sales, operational efficiency, and enhanced customer loyalty. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of F&B industry dynamics, exceptional client management skills, and a consultative approach to effectively sell and upsell tailored solutions, driving measurable business growth for clients.

Responsibilities

1. Consultative Selling

● Provide tailored consultations to deeply understand each client’s unique business challenges and goals.

● Identify and recommend Getz solutions (e.g., CRM, Instore QR, Payment Terminal, Online Pickup, and Delivery) that address specific client needs and align with business objectives.

● Conduct pre-meeting research and develop presentations that communicate value clearly, followed by customized post-meeting proposals and follow-ups.

● Educate clients on how Getz’s solutions can enhance sales, reduce costs, and streamline their operations.

2. Client Relationship Management

● Develop and maintain strategic relationships with F&B business owners and key stakeholders to build trust and encourage ongoing engagement with Getz’s solutions.

● Act as the primary account manager for clients, consistently providing support, addressing inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction.

3. Onboarding and Solution Implementation

● Partner with project managers, technical, and support teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and implementation of solutions.

4. Client Re-Education and Upselling

● Stay current on F&B industry trends, competitor products, and evolving client needs to provide insightful recommendations.

● Regularly re-engage clients with updates on new features, and untapped potential within their existing Getz solutions, encouraging ongoing use and increasing ROI.

Requirements and Skills

● Experience: 3-5 years in B2B consulting, client management, or account management, ideally within the F&B or tech/SaaS sectors. Candidates with no experience may also be considered

● Sales Acumen: Strong consultative selling skills with a proven track record in account growth and upselling.

● Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to explain complex concepts simply and relate them to F&B business goals.

● Analytical Skills: Skilled at assessing client needs, analyzing data, and proposing solutions that align with client objectives.

● Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with F&B operations, digital transformation trends, and POS/CRM solutions.

Summary

You will be responsible to oversee and lead the day-to-day delivery of operations in key areas, namely, program scheduling, network presentation, digital content management and promo production for entire Asia Pacific region. Being an integral member of the Channel Operations team, you will also help to shape the development of our entertainment content, reflect the brand values and maintain consistent audience flow through our channels by leading and strategizing the deployment of programming strategies across all channels and taking a proactive role in all liaisons with the play-out partners, sports federations and suppliers to ensure timely content delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Management in implementing programming priorities and strategies across all channels to ensure that content is properly managed to drive ratings and enhance channel positioning and branding across all beIN APAC broadcast footprint.
• Oversee all functions in the Channel Operations team to deliver their priorities in broadcast management and operations.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external parties such as content distributors and platform partners to ensure smooth delivery of broadcasting materials, gather feedback for improvements and revenue optimization, as well as to meet contractual obligations.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in broadcast programming role or other similar functions such as Media Planning, Traffic & Presentation, and Channel Operations.
• Strong experience in formulating of programming strategies.
• Good understanding of planning and scheduling of programs and promotions.
• Able to evaluate content for editorial merit and regional sensitivities in the assigned markets.

• Generate leads through various channels (online, networking, referrals) and actively seek new business opportunities.
• Assist the sales team with information, quotations, and coordinating the sales process from inquiry to order placement.
