Responsibilities include:

• Develop a comprehensive cutover plan detailing all migration activities
• Coordinate with different teams to ensure alignment with project timelines
• Look into risk management for the project including identifying potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, and proactively addressing issues that may impact the cutover process
• Maintain clear communication channels between technical teams, stakeholders, and project managers
• Provide regular updates on cutover progress to relevant parties
• Oversee testing activities related to cutover processes.
• Ensure that all necessary validations are performed before, during, and after the migration
• Develop contingency plans for potential issues during the migration.
• Quickly respond to and resolve any unexpected problems that may arise
• Document all cutover procedures and activities for future reference.
• Create a detailed post-implementation report highlighting lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of experience in managing large-scale IT projects
• Prior experience within the Insurance industry a plus
• Must have experience managing multiple migration projects concurrently
• Strong project management skills, familiar with project methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum)
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and application architecture
• Experience with migration tools and technologies
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
• Willingness to work outside regular business hours when necessary

Requirement

Degree in Accountancy or ACCA or its equivalent.

Conversant in Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and or International Financial Reporting Standards and group consolidation.

Minimum 8 to 10 years of related working experience.

Experience in Group Consolidation under Listed Company is preferred.

Familiar in analysis of group results and SGX reporting.

Knowledge of SAP ERP System will be an added advantage.

Major Duties & Respomsobiities

Primary / Main (90%)

• Co-ordinate and liaise with respective subsidiaries regarding group conso matters.

• Ensure subsidiaries’ conso package submit for conso on timely basis.

• Prepare month-end, quarter-end, year-end closing, and consolidation financial statements of the Group in accordance with IFRS and Group requirements.

• Prepare statement of group cash flow, necessary supporting schedules and announcement on quarter-end and year-end closing for SGX announcement.

• Ensure closing of group consolidation are on timely basis and information furnished are accurate and in concise manner.

• Board file preparation on quarterly basis.

• Assist in preparation of annual report, annual general meeting (AGM) and extraordinary general meeting (EGM).

• Assist in preparation of Sustainability Report.

• Assist in simplifying monthly conso package.

• Prepare consolidation of group annual budget and forecast.

• Assist in co-ordinate and liaise with external auditors for all group matters and issues.

• To ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirement and standards (Financial Reporting Standards and Tax Act).

• Assist in development and implementation of standard operating procedures.

• Any ad-hoc matters as assigned.

Secondary (10%)

Manage a local subsidiary and its affiliates, encompassing the subsequent areas:

• Review payment vouchers and staff claim.

• Review financial reports and ensure compliance with overall group’s reporting and prescribed standards.

• Monitor and analyse monthly operating results against budgeted financial reports.

• Monthly preparation of board pack materials and conduct of the monthly board meetings.

• Review GST reports for monthly or quarterly filing to IRAS.

• Oversee yearly stock take exercise.

• Review year-end closing and audit schedules, including the liaison with auditors and tax agents.

• Coordinate and liaise on the yearly financial budget and forecast.

• Review of daily cash flow.

• Perform a detailed GPM analysis on a project basis.

Main Responsibilities

Team Management & LeadershipMeet sales goals by leading, managing, mentoring, and providing feedback to a team of full-time and part-time retail associates

• Inspire and motivate team to work towards a collective goal
• Collaborate closely with all other functional team leads, in particular Commercial, Operations, Marketing and People & Culture

Retail Performance & Operations: Customer Care, Sales & Stock Management, Visual Merchandising, Operations, Human Resources, Loss Prevention

• Manage the day-to-day store operations to ensure a seamless and smooth customer experience
• Develop, improve and optimise retail processes to improve productivity and store operations
• Oversee general store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures, including goods receiving & transfers and cashier balancing
• Oversee store inventory levels and ensure the highest level of inventory accuracy by monitoring, scheduling and ordering inventory as required
• Conduct Stock Taking exercises at several intervals in the year, or as and when required.
• Maintain outstanding store conditions and work closely with the Visual Merchandising team to optimize displays in-store
• Conduct manpower resource planning for both permanent and temporary retail staff; manage shift schedules and retail staff budget to achieve optimal staffing levels for excellence in the brand's customer experience, according to peak hours, days, and seasonality
• Recruit, coach, and build a robust team of Part Time and Full Time girls who strongly believe and live out the LB vision and mission
• Inspire and enable the team to provide a top notch and considerate service to all customers through training and mentoring
• Develop strategies to enhance the store customer experience and drive sales performance by conducting weekly business reviews to expand our customer base, increase store traffic and optimize profitability.
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in the retail industry, preferably in fast fashion
• 3 years of experience in managing a retail team(s) - both front and back of house
• Extremely customer-centric and genuinely enjoys serving and getting to know customers better
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, able to motivate and lead the retail team
• Numerate and tech-savvy
• Open to working various shifts and able to work 5 days a week (including weekends and public holidays). Weekends are where all the magic happens!
