Requirements:

• Min Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering / Construction Management or relevant field
• Knowledgeable in different type of Contracts (PSSOC, SIA, REDAS)
• Min 8 years of M&E experience and familiar with tender process
• Demonstrates strong technical competence and excellent time management skills
• Confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills in leading a team.

• We are looking for an talented Property Manager to join an renowned Real Estate Investment Management company with a significant presence in Singapore. If you are successful in this role, you will enjoy attractive remuneration package and career exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform budget planning, monitoring, and implement cost control measures.
• Collaborate with other departments to align with business needs and plans.
• Drive company culture and initiatives within the site team.
• Lead and supervise a team of site staff in the management and maintenance of properties.
• Ensure contractors/vendors complete repair and maintenance work according to contract requirements.
• Handle handovers and takeovers of premises to/from tenants/purchasers.
• Manage day-to-day operations and oversee the day-to-day management of properties.
• Identify manpower resource allocation to meet business needs.
• Review, formulate, and develop strategies for optimal and effective property management.
• Lead in site safety management systems and foster positive tenant relationships.

Key Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Property Development / Real Estate Management or equivalent
• Preferably with Fire Safety Manager certification
• Minimally 6 years of working experience in the related field
• Good team player with strong analytical and leadership skills
• Good interpersonal, communication and written skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
