Key Responsibilities:
- Perform budget planning, monitoring, and implement cost control measures.
- Collaborate with other departments to align with business needs and plans.
- Drive company culture and initiatives within the site team.
- Lead and supervise a team of site staff in the management and maintenance of properties.
- Ensure contractors/vendors complete repair and maintenance work according to contract requirements.
- Handle handovers and takeovers of premises to/from tenants/purchasers.
- Manage day-to-day operations and oversee the day-to-day management of properties.
- Identify manpower resource allocation to meet business needs.
- Review, formulate, and develop strategies for optimal and effective property management.
- Lead in site safety management systems and foster positive tenant relationships.
Key Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Property Development / Real Estate Management or equivalent
- Preferably with Fire Safety Manager certification
- Minimally 6 years of working experience in the related field
- Good team player with strong analytical and leadership skills
- Good interpersonal, communication and written skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
