Job Responsibilities:

• Perform Accounts Receivable activities for assigned vendors, distributors, and customers.
• Conduct cost accounting tasks.
• Manage the Ship & Debit uploading and validation process for assigned distributors.
• Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation with vendors.
• Handle other duties as assigned by the Supervisor, Manager, or Director.
• Participate in Oracle system testing, projects, and implementation processes.

Job Requirements:

• Preferably over 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred.

Our client, a credit card payment brand, is looking for a Japanese-speaking Customer Service team member to join their customer service team. You will assist in collaborating with merchants to drive transactions (merchant research & Special Offer) and coordinating with Tokyo HQ to support these activities.

Job responsibilities:

• Handling correspondence from HQ in Japan
• Ensure seamless support for members by offering tourist and local information and handling reservations
• Deal directly with customers/members either by telephone or electronically
• Respond promptly to customer/members inquiries
• Handle and resolve customer complaints (obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints)
• Provide updated information (benefit or membership plans) to customers
• Carry out the Sales promotion by offering good and attractive privileges or information to the existing clients
