Established in 2010, the Energy Research Institute @ NTU (ERI@N) is a pan-university research institute that focuses on systems-level research for tropical megacities. It performs translational research that covers the energy value chain from generation to innovative end-use solutions, motivated by industrialisation and deployment.

The job is for a Programme Manager (PM) to assist the Programme Director (PD) of the ERI@N Interdisciplinary Research Programme focusing on Artificial Intelligence applied to Energy Applications. This program will enable AI and digitalization across the energy domain and the selected Programme Manager will have to work with and support other ERI@N Programme Directors and Programme Managers and lead the development of projects targeting AI applications across the energy domain. Job Requirements:

• Familiarity with both academic and industrial research as well as the funding landscape enabling these research programs is preferred.

The Job

• Direct Resource Planning at the macro level to allocate manpower and equipment/services in order to achieve smooth operations at both OMC Tuas and PLH in Jurong Port:Initiate engagements with Customers and BU to understand proper scope of intended project.

• Leading and managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams that are responsible for Energy & Power projects design and/or design review;

• Experience as Engineering Manager with GT/CCGT/thermal power plant design is a must. Candidate with other renewable energy (solar, wind, biogas, biomass, WTE etc) project experience will have added advantage.
• Competent in power plant detailed engineering and design work procedures and processes, with strong technical knowledge and expertise in power plant engineering and operation principles, standards and practices.

Primary Position Responsibilities

The Territory Manager position is highly focused on customer account management and ongoing service, support and sales development with respective accounts in a defined geography and sector(s) for Diversey.
