The Admin Executive is responsible for providing administrative support which may include secretariat support for meetings, liaison with vendors, inventory management, records management, over counter customer service etc. This is a position of trust and it is likely you will become aware of sensitive, confidential and private information that must not be disclosed to unauthorised personnel.

Efficient and Effective Office and Service Administration

• Assist in the financial operations, including collection of finances, processing of payments and claims, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and funding requirements
• Assist in procurement matters and processes as well as the management of contracts, as required
• Assist in the coordination and administration of student matters such as admission, withdrawals and record keeping
• Assist in the coordination and administration of personnel matters such as engagement of relief staff and providing advice to staff on HR aspects to support alignment with RC’s values and policiesSupport the implementation of security and safety procedures and measures on campus

Client-centric Service

• Provide over counter duties, ensuring that queries are attended to promptly and with good service attitude
• Assist the campus leaders in maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders, such as students, parents, teachers, vendors and the broader community
• Support smooth execution of events

About the Role

You will be part of the Outpatient Pharmacy department to by working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to promote wellness and ensure quality pharmaceutical care to cancer patients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and dispense medications using appropriate technique in accordance with department policies and guidelines.
• Assure completeness and appropriateness of medication order before preparing and permitting the distribution or dispensing.
• Provide medication-use education to patient and caregivers.
• Check accuracy of the work of pharmacy technical and clerical personnel or others in accordance with institutional/departmental policies and procedures.
• Assist pharmacist in-charge in supervising and scheduling work of subordinate staff in the pharmacy.
• Ensure the continuity of pharmaceutical care to and from the acute and ambulatory patient care settings.
• Provide concise, applicable, and timely responses to requests for drug information from health care providers and patients.
• Ensure accurate charging and collection of fees at the pharmacies.
• Perform drug ordering and maintains sufficient stock for patients' needs.
• Participate in process for assessing, managing and reporting medication errors.
• Participate in departmental performance improvement program.
• Collect and prepare workload statistics and other reports as assigned by Senior Pharmacists/Pharmacy Manager.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (Pharmacy) or equivalent.
• Registered with Singapore Pharmacy Pharmacy Council.

Responsibilities:
