Primary Responsibilities

• To ensure that mis-en place/side station is all set up with food items, non-food items such as crockery and chinaware before the shift commences.
• To replenish supplies and linen as and when necessary.
• To ensure that tables under his charge have the correct cutleries and table settings before the shift commences.
• To meet, greet and lead guests to their seats.
• To take food and beverage orders and serve them.
• To clear and remove soiled dishes, and bring them to the dish washing area.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Description

• Position Title: Service Engineer
• Working Location: Tuas (Transportation Provided)
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.15 am – 5.15 pm
• Salary Package: Up to $4,000 + AWS + Meal Allowance + Company Transportation/Transport Allowance + OT
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct product delivery training for distributors and customers.
• Provide diagnosis guidance and analysis of fault found to Distributor / End-user, remotely via emails and/or calls.
• Carry out field services at sites in local and ASEAN countries.
• Furnish service report and recommendation of spare parts, assisting Parts team in locating correct spare parts from parts catalogue.
• Furnish Warranty claims and Quality report to drive quality improvement on our products.

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or relevant studies.
• With at least 2 years of relevant working experience in construction machinery industry.
• Able to read and understand Electrical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic schematic diagram.
• Process valid Class 3 Driving License.
• Comfortable with travelling internationally within Asia (Entitled to travelling allowance).
