About the role

The incumbent will be leading a team and be part of a larger team within the IFF department in providing seamless and customer-focused solutions to support the achievement of business objectives.

What you will be doing

• Lead the Customer service team for Sea freight
• Liaise with customers on the standard operating procedures

The successful candidate

The Visa Design Studio team (part of the Visa AP Marketing organization) is responsible for delivering creative services to Visa’s clients and driving a key marketing service workstream for revenue growth. The team is in its early stages of expansion and the role will be integral in its formation to scale up and elevate creative outcomes.

We are looking for a Human Resource Manager that is excited about the below Mission and Outcomes over the next 6-12 months.

Mission:

The HR Manager will play a fundamental  role in shaping a positive and inclusive workplace culture, supporting the Head of HR in delivering initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention and development. The HR manager is also responsible for delivering seamless HR operations across all  regions with a focus on office management, employee data compliance, payroll, staff training, coordinating and reviewing engagement surveys and benefits programs.

1. Ensure 100% accurate and timely payroll processing, In collaboration with the Finance department, across all regions and resolving any payroll-related discrepancies

3. As a Media Manager for our technology client, you will be responsible for collaborating with APAC-based and regional media agencies and internal stakeholders to manage ongoing cross-media initiatives and campaigns across multiple regions, assisting in implementing the regional rollout of global media planning tools. 

The person will be the day-to-day consultant on media strategy for the initiatives mentioned above, including but not limited to channel, audience and ad format strategy, best practices and optimisation to attain program efficiency goals. Role: 

• Manage central media projects that span all product areas, liaising with various local & regional agencies to collect and validate media data.

The Service Delivery Director shall be the single point of contact for the services to be delivered under this Contract and be present at all management meetings. • Align store’s needs with regional direction in the presentation of products and visuals.

Forecasting, Inventory Management & Budget:

• To manage long-term planning for planograms based on the product assortment plan to identify POSM needs and allocation for PH network.
• To consolidate and submit forecasting of generic and permanent POSM based on above, while validating warehouse stock levels to ensure accurate forecast.
• Track status of orders and ensure timely delivery of POSMs to each store.
• Work with logistics team to align allocation plans for markets and ensure healthy POSM stock levels.
• Manage local production to fulfill store needs where necessary.
• Manage and track cost spending with every launch VM (F24, F27) budget.
