Restaurant Supervisor

• Responsible for overseeing the daily restaurant activities and operations.
• Managing restaurant staff's work schedules.
• Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.
• Manage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly.

• Knowledge of Windows and Mac Operating Systems
• Knowledge of troubleshooting Mobile Devices (iOS and/or Android)
• Experienced in using ITSM ticketing tools

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge in ITIL Standard.
• Proficient in usage of ServiceNow Ticketing system
• Experience in Microsoft 365 administration
