• Degree in Nursing or Life/Health Sciences
• 3-5 years clinical nursing experience in an acute hospital setting or with 1-2 years of specific experience in care of HCTT patients.

Requirements:

Job responsibilities

• Handle all incoming calls and emails

• Work closely with vendors such as warehouse, transporters and shipping agents to resolve customers’ issues
• Assist with generating customers’ daily invoices

Requirements:

• Diploma in logistics or equivalent with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in customer service
• Experience in Freight Forwarding / Dangerous Goods will be an added advantage
