Qualifications

The Opportunity:

Lead regional initiatives to implement field service topics and drive digital service adoption in line with the Global Support Strategy 2030. Act as a product owner for field service processes and tools, manage the APAC affiliate teams’ community of practice, and provide consulting on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. As the Service Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Create the vision for the product you will own, identify and prioritise the business needs for the product, identify the value proposition and ensure the values are being delivered
• Set up & Lead the APAC community of practices/interests
• Collaborate with global and APAC affiliates to implement global as well as regional initiatives and be accountable for the successful adoption of changes

Who you are:

• Implement corrective actions to resolve unsafe and/or non-compliant conditions and behaviors regarding personal and food safety

People Management

• Conduct induction for new hires to provide them with the necessary skills and information to carry out roles and functions
