• Minimum GCE O-Level qualification.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated, willing to learn, and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
• Prior experience in the air freight industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.

• Location: No. 9 Airlines Road, Cargo Agents Building 'D,' Changi Airfreight Centre, Singapore 819827.
• Working Days/Hours:Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Alternate Saturdays off upon confirmation).

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with customers to prepare and offer service contracts
• To prepare repair quotations for customer confirmation
• To create work orders for controllers to arrange jobs
• Provide excellent service and support to customers including after-sales matters
• Any ad-hoc duties as required
