• Position Title: Service Technician (Printer)
• Working Location: Aljunied
• Working Hours: 5 days (3 days in Singapore, 2 days in Johor) (8.30am – 6.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic $2,100 + AWS
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support and maintenance for printers, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.
• Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on various printer models.
• Conduct routine maintenance and servicing to prevent equipment breakdowns.
• Install and set up new printers and related equipment at customer sites.
• Provide technical training and support to customers on the proper use and maintenance of printers.
• Maintain accurate service records, including details of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Travel between Singapore and Johor to provide service coverage as required.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Stay updated with the latest printer technologies and industry trends.

• GCE O-Level or higher.
• 1 year of experience in servicing and repairing printers or similar equipment is advantageous.
• Strong technical skills with the ability to diagnose and fix hardware issues.
• Good understanding of printer mechanics and electronics.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
