About the Role
We are seeking a creative and entrepreneurial individual to join our team as a E-commerce Business Partner/ Business Leader. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work independently while driving the growth of our online presence and e-commerce sales. Role Overview
As our E-Commerce Business Partner/ Business Leader, you will be responsible for managing and growing our online sales channels. You will use your expertise in e-commerce and digital marketing to drive traffic, manage product listings, run promotions, and ensure seamless customer experiences. This is a unique partnership opportunity where you will have the potential to earn equity and become a co-owner as the business grows.
Key Responsibilities:
(1) E-Commerce Platform Management:
- Oversee and manage our presence across key e-commerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Facebook).
- Create, update, and optimize product listings to ensure they align with Cleanly’s brand and customer expectations.
- Ensure smooth and efficient order fulfillment and customer service via digital platforms.
(2) Digital Marketing & Promotion:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales across social media and e-commerce platforms.
- Utilize paid and non-paid advertising, SEO, influencer partnerships, and organic strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement.
- Plan and manage special promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product launches to increase sales and brand awareness.
- Measure and report on campaign effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
(3) Brand Development & Engagement:
- Build and maintain an active, engaged community of customers and followers across all platforms.
- Leverage storytelling and brand messaging to differentiate our products in a competitive market.
- Develop long-term relationships with influencers, customers, and online communities to foster brand loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in e-commerce sales management, digital marketing, or online retail.
- Deep knowledge of e-commerce platforms, including setup, optimization, and growth strategies.
- Results-oriented with a track record of successfully driving sales and growing online businesses.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and prior experience setting up and managing e-commerce stores is preferred.
- Familiarity with FMCG or health-conscious food products is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to analyze sales data and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.
