• Liaise with internal teams such as Sales, Operations and Finance department
• Assist in preparation and submission of relevant reports and documents
• Organize delivery services, export shipment, collection of customers' orders and ensure timely delivery
• Handle customers' inquiries
• Provide a high level of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma in any discipline
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Independent, meticulous and good team player
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to be able to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients and associates

Other Information:

• 5 days’ work week
• 8.30am – 5.30pm
• We are located in Sungei Kadut and provide transport to and fro Yew Tee MRT

Position: Service Engineer (Product: Microscopes)
Location: Tai Seng, Singapore
Salary: $2,800 - $3,300, commensurate with experience and educational background

Key Requirements:

• Education: Diploma in Engineering
• Experience: 1-2 years in field service, ideally in medical device servicing, with exposure to small, delicate parts
• License: Class 3 driving license preferred
