What you’ll do:

Customer Service Management

• Respond to customers over multi-channel communication platforms such as email, phone, text, social media (FB and IG) and face-to-face and resolve complaints in a timely manner
• Respond to customers with general enquiries about products, services offered as well as placement of orders, refunds, cancellations or exchanges if any in a timely manner
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
• Ensure consistent brand service standards across all channels, including offline and online
• Allocate time to work at BIO retail store to stay updated on customer behaviour, preferences, and needs
• Collaborate with the order fulfilment team to address customer requests and ensure orders are promptly processed
• Provide accurate, complete information by using the right methods and tools for reporting
• Follow communications procedures, guidelines and policies closely
• Identify areas for enhancing the efficiency of the customer service process and collaborate with the team to implement improvements in this process
• Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed to ensure accuracy and relevance

Others

• Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer service experiences and processes
• Assist any other duties or responsibilities assigned

What we’re looking for:

• Preferably Nitec, Diploma, Degree in hospitality or a relevant field a plus
• At least 1 year of relevant experience, open to fresh graduate
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creative writing

Job Description:

• Administer students' admissions, withdrawals, course completions, attendance tracking, and payment processes.
• Manage the front desk and attend to walk-in customers, student inquiries, feedback, complaints, and requests.
• Respond to email and phone inquiries related to courses.
• Coordinate various school administrative matters between different departments.
• Provide assistance to the Head of Department and lecturers as needed.
• Assist with ad-hoc departmental responsibilities, such as marketing workshops, outreach, student orientation, and graduation ceremonies, as required.
• Perform other tasks as directed by the Department Manager or Vice President, Academic.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration.

Role in Summary:

This position requires the individual to attend to the daily operational activities relating to the dormitory as a whole. This role would involve teamwork and coordination among various colleagues to address facility maintenance, repair, up keeping and customer service and engagement activities accordingly. This position holder would be required to report to the Estate Manager to support dormitory functions.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of vacant rooms for new residents to check in and taking over of rooms from residents.
• Assist in monitoring all work being performed by external contractors and comply in accordance to WSH requirements.
• Assist to enforce MOM, NEA, SCDF and any regulations stipulated in the dormitory licence conditions. Assist in the required servicing of the building M&E systems.
• Conduct hygiene inspections for rooms, compound and contractor cleaning works.
• Attend promptly to residents’ service requests and support community engagement activities.
• Responsible for alerting the Estate Manager of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that have taken place or that may occur.
• To assist and ensure compliance of all work related activities in a fair, ethical, and consistent manner. Plan and execute enforcement actions in accordance to house rules.
• Plan and conduct various inspections in the dormitory as well as execution of additional measures required by government agencies implemented in the dormitory.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in facility/estate management
• Have a strong interest in the dormitory management industry
• Ability to multi-task and initiate in a fast-paced and challenging environment
• Pleasant personality and good communication skills
• Able to start work immediately will be advantageous
