• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in Human Resources, preferably in an educational institution setting.
• Familiar with Singapore’s Employment Act and MOM regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees from diverse backgrounds.
