Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Plan and implement warehouse layout and space optimization.
• Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations.
• Monitor and improve the performance of logistics operations, including delivery schedules and accuracy.

Requirements

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse, preferably in Singapore.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.
• Good understanding of inventory control and logistics processes.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Job Description:

• Maintain and update Customer database.
• Drive Sales into the outlet through Marketing Support.
• Promote treatments and packages to Customers.
• Responsible for daily outlet operations such as handling of customer complaints, motivate staff morale, provide guidance & coaching to staff, etc
• Oversee the financial aspects of the branch, including budgeting, expense management, and profit optimization.
• Manage service crew duty rosters and performance, and develop training plans to ensure service excellence.
• Manage inventory levels, ensure timely ordering of supplies, and maintain product standards to prevent wastage and stockouts.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the beauty, wellness, or spa industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the finance and accounting functions, and report to Group CFO
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages and annual reports
• Responsibility for timely, complete and correct month end close process, including timely reporting to corporate and management.
• Implementing new / changing accounting and reporting requirements
• Responsible for cash flow management and monitoring project status
• Prepare the budgetary control
• Liaise bankers, auditors and other professional parties
• Deal with taxation issues
• Review the financial position of the factory in India and Vietnam. Travelling to the factory may be necessary

Qualifications:

• At least 5 year(s) of accounting experience, preferably with International CPA Firm.
• Able to handle full sets of accounts, including preparation of schedules for audit purposes, GST schedules and submission
• Able to handle payroll will be added advantage

• Coordinate with various government and utility agencies for site clearance
