Job scope

• Carry out project planning, scheduling, cost control, good documentation system and project management.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer support through live chat and email channels, assisting users with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Assist in organizing and scheduling manpower within the department

• To lead a team of skilled machinists to perform precision on-site machining services on client equipment and machinery
• Set up and operate various In-situ machines for precision work
• Responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities related to the in-situ crankshaft repairs and maintenance
• Lead and supervise a team of technicians and machinists in performing in-situ crankshaft repairs and maintenance.
• Perform tasks both on-premises and at customer sites, which could be local or international.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and documents to find repair solutions.
• Complete jobs within the shortest possible time frame and coordinate all aspects as directed by the Department Manager
• Regularly update your manager on manpower schedules and project progress. Clear communication ensures that all team members are aligned with project goals and timelines.
• Conduct machine tool preventive maintenance as needed.
• Use all prescribed safety equipment and comply with OSHA rules
