1. Review findings from the audits conducted by the F&B Supervisor in relation to the hygiene, waste management, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and procedures etc
2. Identify operational challenges and deficiencies and work with relevant parties to formulate necessary action plans to improve operational efficiencies

Responsibilities

• To perform monitoring for all database flavors (MariaDB, PostgreSQL, EDB, Oracle, DB2, MSSQL, Redis, and Mongo) and take appropriate action.
• To perform daily backup monitoring and take action to have recovery solution in place.
• To Manage the database availability and performance, including incident and problem management.
• To work with Major Incident Management (MIM) team to resolve and co-ordinate high critical issues.
• To carry out periodical production patch and upgrade management.
• To work closely with users and vendors to take timely and appropriate steps to resolve and troubleshoot issues impacting service levels.
• To Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency gains in database operations.
• To Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance system reliability and performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant working experience as a Database Administrator.
• Must have familiarity with at least 2 databases among Mysql/MariaDB, PostgreSQL/EDB, Oracle, MSSQL, DB2, MongoDB, Redis etc.
• Experience in 24x7 support for critical production systems, scheduled maintenance, and release deployment activities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills

Process Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Define and Document Equipment process requirement and specification.
• Perform Process characterization to optimize critical process paths in order to meet equipment specification.
• Review, simplify and optimize Internal Buy Off specification for equipment together with Quality Assurance Department.
• Participate in continuous process improvement activities to enhance Equipment capability.
• Support Equipment manufacturing activities by helping to trouble-shoot and resolve process-related issues
• Support other internal departments to handle customers’ process related issues and recommend technical solutions
• Perform data analysis using statistical techniques and conduct process capability studies
• Transfer process knowledge to in house Engineers and Technicians to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Equipment UPH projection calculation base on specific process parameter.

Requirements:

• Degree in Production / Mechanical / Material Science Engineering
• At least 3 years experience in an equipment manufacturing environment with a process engineering and background
• Strong interest in the development of new manufacturing processes
• Experience in process design and control in the area of laser marking process.
• Knowledge in Material Science will be added advantage.
• Knowledge in cycle time calculation.
• Trained in SPC, DOE and other statistical tools

Responsibilities:

• Implement tools for continuous integration and delivery.
• Manage and administrate environments.
• Execute maintenance operations and environment monitoring.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Jenkins, GIT (GitLab), and Ansible.
