Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

• Handle project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet project completion targets
• Perform site planning, coordination and inspection relating to the construction project so as to ensure that project completion timeline, requirements and budget are met
• Liaise with the BIM team to update the drawings or BIM Model with the latest information available timely
• Prepare as-built drawings or BIM Model and compile O&M Manual for submission
• To assist in project coordination and oversee of all Civil and Structural works on site and ensure all related activities are carried out as per drawings
• Review architectural & structural submission documents & submission drawings prior relevant authorities' submission
• Assist the Project team in site walk-down survey with other discipline engineers and Client representatives as required, in resolving technical issues until construction completion
• Liaise with internal and external parties for project management
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience
• Recognized Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Structural Engineering or equivalent approved by PEB, BOA or SISV
• Good knowledge of technical design and engineering, construction methodology and construction planning
• Good oral, written and inter-personal communications skills in dealing with individuals and groups at all levels
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and knowledge of BIM
• Independent, diligent, highly motivated with excellent team spirit and cope in a fast-paced environment
• Obtain CONQUAS supervisor certificate will be added advantage

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and proactive Blockchain Engineer based in Singapore to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for blockchain technology and a solid understanding of node infrastructure operations. As a Blockchain Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing blockchain nodes, ensuring their reliability, security, and performance.

Your Impact

• Deploy, configure, and maintain blockchain nodes across various networks, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Cosmos.
• Monitor node performance and health, identifying and resolving issues to ensure continuous operation and uptime.
• Implement security best practices to protect blockchain nodes from potential vulnerabilities and cyber threats.
• Optimize node configurations and parameters to enhance efficiency, scalability, and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with other engineers to automate node deployment and management processes.
• Conduct performance testing and benchmarking to evaluate the impact of node configuration changes and upgrades.
• Stay up-to-date on blockchain protocols, updates, and releases, and apply patches and upgrades as necessary.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to blockchain node operations, including connectivity, synchronization, and consensus.
• Document operational procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to maintain a knowledge base for reference and training purposes.
• Provide technical support and assistance to internal teams and external clients regarding blockchain node operations and infrastructure.

Role Requirements

• Proven experience in blockchain technology, with a focus on node operations and infrastructure management.
• Solid understanding of blockchain principles, protocols, and consensus mechanisms.
• Experience with blockchain node deployment and configuration tools (e.g., Bitcoind, Geth, Gaiad).
• Experience with monitoring and alerting frameworks (Grafana, PromQL).
• Experience with log ingestion and querying languages (Loki, LogQL).
• Advanced proficiency with Linux systems administration.
• Proficiency using Ansible and Bash for automation and scripting tasks.
• Proficiency with programming languages such as Golang and version control tools such as Git.

1. Create simple lighting designs for external Design offices/Clients and Sales representative/Sales manager. Lighting designs may include:

• request analyses (availability of all necessary input parameters, if request is in accordance with norms, suggest alternative proposals in accordance with good lighting practise)   
• lighting calculations performed within in house or external lighting software,
• luminaire specifications and descriptions
• elaboration of alternative proposals
• technical application notes (technical reports),
• drawings with luminaire disposition and all necessary details and/or visualizations.

1. Provide simple lighting calculations according to the requirements:

• inputs parameters analyses
• perform lighting calculations and analyses with alternative proposals and/or competitor analyses.

1. Provide necessary support in creation of city lighting reconstruction studies:

• inputs parameters analyses (road geometry, existing lighting installation, road categorization),
• on-site data collection
• determination of typical street profiles in accordance with road geometry and lighting class
• perform lighting calculations and analyses with alternative proposals and/or competitor analyses.

Prepare street lighting categorization proposal, perform lighting calculations and analyses with alternative proposals in cooperation with direct Manager / responsible Sales rep/ Sales manager.

1. Consideration and application of the relevant lighting standards.

• Strong proficiency in Salesforce Flow, APEX, and Lightning components (Aura).
• Experience in ServiceCloud contact center setup and ongoing maintenance.
• Proven ability to work closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders, translating user processes into effective technical solutions.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with Salesforce Account Executives (AEs) on contracts, billing, and licensing issues is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle the processing of quotations, purchase orders, and sales orders.

The Team - Outsourced Service Provider (OSP)
The Outsourced Service Provider (OSP) Program is a pivotal initiative aimed at leveraging the Salesforce platform to empower OSP Customers in delivering outsourced services at scale. This program's success hinges on strong relationships, technical expertise, and the ability to communicate the transformative potential of Salesforce's platform in an outsourced services model.

The OSP Program will extend Salesforce's ecosystem by enabling OSP Customers to build, deploy, and manage business processes or operational capabilities as a service on the Salesforce platform. These OSP Customers use Salesforce to offer scalable, technology-driven solutions, effectively becoming extensions of their clients' teams.

The Role
The Account Executive - OSP is responsible for a defined territory comprised of current OSP customers, prospective OSP targets, within a focused Industry/Sector, and have responsibility for our ASEAN market. This is a quota-carrying role accountable for consistently achieving year-on-year growth targets through the closure of net-new, incremental growth revenue opportunities.

• Strategic commercial & enterprise sales experience and revenue achievement selling multiple enterprise software offerings, while building satisfied & loyal customers
• Proven success working within a highly matrixed organization and establishing strong relationships across all functions to achieve results
• Strong operational and analytical skills
• Ability to work in (virtual) teams working together to solve problems with colleagues, partners and customers
• Willing and able to travel occasionally 25-50%

Preferred but not essential:

• Salesforce Certifications
• Experience selling cloud based enterprise applications is strongly preferred
• Consultative sales skills and ability to construct and articulate strong business case and ROI, strategic account planning and execution skills
