RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and supervise a group of Technicians/Technical Assistants and manage contractors in the execution of refinery maintenance activities.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing technical field assistance in maintenance, operation, equipment installation and startup and/or shutdowns for all CPM processes. The Field Service Technician must have strong business and communications skills to establish and maintain strong relationships with the customer. Analytical and problem-solving skills are just as essential to this position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Provide technical field assistance, in maintenance, installation, operation, and startup for CPM equipment; prepare customer field report after each trip.

· Perform inspections of existing CPM equipment during plant shutdowns, assist plant/contractors with recommended repairs/parts and provide each customer with a field report.

· Evaluate fabricated product when asked; prepare non-conformance report when necessary and work with internal and external customers to resolve issues.

· Provide technical training to relevant customer and responsible for tracking customer claim.

· Work integrally with internal employees and external customers to promote the CPM Aftermarket service, to meet group initiatives and objectives.

· Assist contractors in the erection of CPM equipment at customer site.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:

· Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, preferably in Engineering.

· A minimum of 2 years of experience in animal feed or biomass related manufacturing industry.

Job Description – Service Engineer (Maintenance Lead)

We are looking for a Service Engineer as Maintenance Lead to lead and supervise the maintenance team in maintaining and managing system hardware and networks at customer site located over Singapore island to meet the contractual Service Level Agreement (SLA). The Service Engineer shall report to and under the supervisory of the Maintenance Manager (Reporting Officer (RO)). Hiring shall be 1 year services contract via agent arrangement with option to extend or convert to direct outsource or permanent hiring.

Responsibilities

· Assist the RO in Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) tasks and devise maintenance schedule and resources planning and deployment.

· Provide solution guidance to the Service Technicians and generation of maintenance documentation such as PM & CM report to RO for review and final release to customer.

· Provide CM on faults to establish root cause on an ad-hoc basis including I-level & D-level testing and troubleshooting on equipment

· Plan and perform PM to system equipment at scheduled/ periodic basis including O-level testing and sensors calibration to ensure optimal operational performance

Job Description

We are looking for Senior/Staff Software Engineers to grow our Edge AI & Systems software team to the next level. This team works within the larger ASIC team to architect and enhance Neural Network solutions in the Video Processor roadmap including these current and older products:

This position works in a smaller team that specifies, develops and delivers the toolchain that allows our customers and partners to develop or port AI models to run optimally on our Neural Processing Units.

Responsibilities

• Specify and develop new toolchain features for existing and new NPU architectures, working with the inference engine sub-team
• Enhance, maintain and support existing toolchain features, and modify model network layers for NPU optimality, working with the application engineering teams and sometimes customers/partners.
• Constantly improve productivity through automation in all areas

Skills

• Strong Python class based product development skills based on knowledge of design patterns
• Strong understanding of all aspects of a compiler and related development and debugging technologies, code generation, program analysis, and pipeline optimizations

Job Description

• Oversee in-house engineering design works of Fire Protection (Sprinkler, Hose Reel, Fire Hydrant, Dry Riser, etc) and Plumbing and Sanitary system, including detailed design, hydraulic calculation, shop drawings, pipe sizing, equipment selection, etc.
• Manage Fire Protection & Plumbing design coordination with other trades with BIM coordination.

• Work closely with design engineers and architects to create and document detailed test plans for verifying the SoC design.
• Establish and manage the infrastructure and environment for automated verification of the SoC's architecture, functionality, and performance.
• Develop reusable testbenches, test cases using constrained-random and directed methods, and verification modules for both block and system levels.
• Create a regression strategy, methodology, and scripting tools, ensuring comprehensive function coverage and addressing verification gaps before design releases and tape-out.
• Collaborate with design engineers to troubleshoot and resolve simulation issues.
• Provide support to test engineers during post-silicon validation.
• Mentor and guide team members and junior engineers, aiming to enhance verification efficiency.
  

Requirements:

• Master in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 8 years of relevant working experience/ PhD in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 3 years working experience.
• Extensive understanding of UVM/OVM, Semiformal Verification, assertion-based verification, and hardware-software co-verification methodology.
• Skilled in Verilog, SystemVerilog, Python, Perl, TCL, Shell scripting, C/C++, SystemC, and assembly coding for industry-standard ISAs.
• Familiar with MIPI, AMBA (APB/AHB/AXI) bus protocols, RISC-V/ARM, or DSP cores.
• Experience in verifying designs at RTL and post-P&R gate levels.
