• Order processing (GR and GI in SAP and WMS)
• Liaise and coordinate with customers.
• To perform daily/monthly/quarterly cycle count.
• Assist others when needed.

• Listen and document customer concerns and issues with their vehicle.

Service Consultation and Coordination

• Schedule service appointments and manage the service workflow.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate diagnostics and repairs.
• Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle throughout the service process.
• Review the service and repairs completed with the customer, ensuring satisfaction.
• To act according to the principles of the core processes of After Sales.
• Monitoring the progress on the repairs/service and keep customer updated of the status on the repairs of their car.
• Provide quotations for repair of customer’s car including body/paint repair jobs.

Administration

• Process service orders, invoices, and payments.
• Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used.
• Communicating with customers for approval to carry out additional repairs on their cars whenever necessary.
• Performs any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisors.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant experience in Automotive Industry or with automotive technical knowledge will be an advantage.
• Obtain at least Class 3 Singapore Driving License.
• Proficient in spoken & written English and Mandarin.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high level of customer service.
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing technologies and industry trends.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and communications abilities.

About our client: Our client is a manufacturer of offshore drilling and production equipment that is well-suited for use in deepwater applications.

About the role:

• Technical focal point to support sales admin and proposal team for day to day quotation and tendering activities for the region.
• Ability to read and interpret customer’s tender technical specifications
• Provide costing reference to sales admin/proposal team for cost and delivery estimate.
• Work and furbish all technical related document including (but not limited to) technical clarification, datasheet, proposal drawing and tender technical answer sheet
• Participate in tendering and quotation activities whenever technical support is required; also to support sales and marketing team from technical perspective when needed.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering and Procurement teams to gather necessary information for proposal development
• Able to work in fast paced environment and meet tight schedules

About you:

• At least 5 years of experience in oil field wellhead equipment companies (subsea or surface); At least 3 years’ experience in engineering position;
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred; Diploma with 10 years of relevant working experience could also be considered.
• Prior experience in tendering and customer interfacing with oil companies (i.e. via meeting, phone call, written form tendering clarification etc.) will be a big plus
• Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of computer and applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
• Knowledge and good understanding of API and relevant industry standards is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Coordination: Organize and schedule project activities, including expediting timelines and completing field documentation. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all project requirements are captured during the initiation phase.

Qualifications & Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in project management.
• Strong proficiency in engineering management, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and understanding of commercial terms and conditions.
• Experience working within an ISO 9000 quality framework will be preferred
• Familiarity with Fire Protection and Fire Alarm Systems is required.
