The Service Operations Engineer provides technical support for application related issues and performs daily service health monitoring, server maintenance and resiliency improvements.
He/She is responsible for delivering new and improved capabilities in systems monitoring, recovery and stability aspects of the ERP systems.

•Support and assist in regular server maintainance, system accesses, systems monitoring, backups, patching and daily health checks

•Maintain service operations documentation and guides. Develop supporting documentation for all Service Operation activities

•Monitor Service level dashboards, perform daily health monitoring, system capacity review and allocation of adequate capacity

•Defect fixes and resiliency related improvements

•Assist in investigation of user reported issues

•L2 support

•Develop mitigating and/or preventive solutions

•Support transition phases from project to operations.

•Assist team in Change Approval Board and Pre-commissioning preparations.

•Liaise closely with interfacing systems users and support teams on routine support issues or enhancements.

•Provide application maintenance support (certain activities may occur after office hours).

•Liaise closely with business users and build good rapport.

•Support vulnerability assessment, capacity management and software lifecycle to ensure timely remediation of identified issues.

•Coordinate production deployment process and administrative account access.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other highly technical, scientific discipline

• 3-5 yrs of Technical / Application Support experience on multi technology platforms

• ITIL v3/v4 certification and strong service oriented experience / background preferred

• Strong Knowledge and understanding of IT industry environment and business needs

• Proven experience supporting Web / Mobile / Client based applications

• Strong knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4 Hana application with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities

Counter Assistant

• Perform registration and screening of patients, with accuracy and no data breach.
• Ensure accurate billing and timely collection of payment on the same day.
• Ensure compliance to clinic facilities readiness, e.g., Patient waiting area and Self-Service Kiosks
• Ensure clinic is ready to serve its first patient 15 minutes before scheduled appointment time.
• Participate in quality improvement project (e.g.: 6S, RIE, service improvement project).

Other Duties and Responsibilities

• Practice NUH Service Acts – “G.O.O.D” to enquiries from patients and/or NOK.
• Ensure compliance to SOC Operations Standards.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the Business Analyst and UI/ UX Designer as they engage the Product Owner and stakeholders for requirements gathering and user research to produce the User Journey Maps and high-fidelity wireframes, which feeds into development sprints
• Prepare test cases for both front and back-end as well as entry and exit criteria for SIT and UAT to ensure that user requirements are met as described in the product backlog
• Conduct testing for both front and back-end test cases in every development sprint using a myriad of tools such as postman for API testing
• Create, maintain and update test scripts and pipelines for automated testing framework on the selected DevSecOps platform and toolchain i.e. Azure DevOps Center and Katalon
• Develop documentation for quality assurance rules, policies, procedures and guidelines (RPPG) to guide future projects
• Identify best practices and continuous improvement in quality assurance processes

• Background in Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines.
