Duties of Business Development Executive:
Conduct tender site visits, prepare proposals, and deliver sales pitches to potential clients.
Identify and pursue tender opportunities; aim to exceed revenue targets and maximize margins.
Build client relationships, manage budget negotiations, and develop winning strategies for RFPs and Bids.
Monitor industry trends to capitalize on opportunities and address risks in Environmental Services and Integrated Facilities Management.
Enhance service offerings based on client needs; ensure retention through strong relationship management and responsive support.
Collaborate with account managers and trainers to uphold customer service standards and improve loyalty.

Assist Field Service with service orders and billing.
Address quality complaints between customers and the source plant.
Update lead times for equipment parts.
Monitor and follow up on incoming shipments (including equipment parts) for system projects.
Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Minimum GCE 'A' Level or a Diploma qualification.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g., Excel).
Familiarity with SAP is preferred.
Experience working with international customers.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, coupled with excellent leadership and project management skills. This role will be responsible for overseeing the technical delivery of MEP services across a range of projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
Provide Technical Services Advisory to ensure adherence to Design Brand Standards for new-build, conversion, re-branding and refurbishment projects from the design stage through to hotel opening.
Prepare engineering services briefs for new project, review and comment on consultants designs for efficiency, appropriateness in design and operational issues.
Provide engineering input/advice for due diligence process on potential new/conversion and/or renovation of existing hotels and conduct pre-opening reviews relative to Brand Standards.
