Our client is from Medical Manufacturing industry. They are looking for a Research & Development Engineer to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in West.

Duties:

• Contribute to product improvement and engineering projects discreetly.
• Lead problem-solving and action planning in project management.
• Perform confidential risk analysis & failure mode to define process flow and control plans.
• Qualify equipment and validate processes for product enhancement projects.
• Provide confidential technical guidance to junior engineers and other departments.
• Ensure project adherence to schedules and budgets with confidentiality.
• Optimize process parameters discreetly for improved product quality and equipment effectiveness.
• Explore innovative processes to enhance product quality or productivity confidentially.
• Facilitate the confidential transfer of new/improved processes into production with robust controls.

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor Degree in Manufacturing / Biomedical Engineering or any relevant field.
• Min 3 years' of working experience in relevant industry.
• Experience in cleanroom will be an advantage.
