• Position : Car Workshop Service Advisor [Customer Service/Automotive/Automobile]

Main Responsibilities:

• To ensure the smooth running of daily workshop operations
• Attend to customers' enquiries and requests for car servicing and repairs and make professional and appropriate repair recommendations/quotations.
• Assign jobs to technical team, issue job cards and monitor servicing and repair job status
• Liaise with technicians and suppliers for parts ordering to ensure requisite parts are available when needed and communicate any time restrictions to customers promptly.
• Test drive after completion of repairs before contacting customers for the collection of their cars.
• Close job cards and prepare service invoices with explanation of any outstanding matters on vehicle to customers.
• Attend to accident claims surveyors.
• Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O levels with NITEC or Higher NITEC in Automotive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, or relevant technical knowledge
• At least 2 years of related working experience in automotive service centres
• Strong technical knowledge in Continental/European vehicles is a plus
• Possess valid Class 3 driving license
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.

Requirement

To provide accessible, timely, effective, efficient and professional quality service to resolve problems and to achieve customer’ expectation.

Polite and professional in handling all calls, email queries and requests.

Log all reported incidents using the incident ticketing tool.

Provide first level support to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Accurate assessment / resolution of problems.

Regular updates for follow up actions & incident status.

Escalate of incidents to appropriate second level support in accordance to escalation matrix as per work instructions.

Shift works and weekend duty required

Diploma and Degree in Information Technology or minimum 1 year IT Service Desk experience serving government agencies preferred. Strong computer skills and the ability to trouble shoot and diagnose the root cause for first line resolution or further escalation to the correct support team for resolution within the stipulated SLA.

Shift pattern:

• Monday – Friday: 8am – 5pm / 12.30pm – 9.30pm
• Sat/Sun: 8am – 6pm / 9.30am – 9.30pm
• Note: All roster scheduled extra working hours will be given off in lieu. All ad-hoc extra working hours requested by Team Leads will claim OT.

Job Role:

You are responsible for delivering Integrated Security projects and provide Service Support and maintenance services by using knowledge and experience of Electronic Security Systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage projects including Testing and commissioning, on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
• Project Management and Technical skills in project cycle (Pre-Sales to Post commission completion).
• Service Calls: Problem solving and delivering closure on integratedsecurity system defects.
• Undertake Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activity on existing systems. Programming of Security systems configurations, installing small additions and changes to the existing systems.
• Assist in Pre-Sales support including Bid preparation, Documentation and Costing. Undertake surveys and assist in preparation of pricing for works required at customer sites.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions and support engineering team in attending to service calls.
• Cost control and resolution of any disputes.
• Deliver an end to end process with customers
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders around project status and timelines.
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations. Build positive relationships with customers.
• Proactively identify risks that may affect response capability, specifications, budget and outcome of service quality.
• Produce timely and detailed reports on Projects and Services Support.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
• Occupational Health and Safety compliance including subcontract liabilities.
• Complete required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame

Skills and Experience:

• Certification in Project Management or equivalent qualification or strong experience. Proven 5 years' work experience in Electronic Security industry in an equivalent/similar role.
• Sound knowledge of the security systems industry and understanding of system design Experience/Certifications with major integrated Access Control / CCTV / Intruder systems/ Perimeter detection systems
• Strong interpersonal communications skills and the ability to communicate across diverse audience - Written and Spoken.
• Strong problem solving and exceptional analytical skills.
• Excellent Negotiation and Influencing Skills.
• Strong organisational skills in dealing with multiple issues & various deliverables.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office programs.
• Able to work under tight timeline/pressure and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Has an experience with IP Schema, IP Protocol, configuration, troubleshooting, setup, deployment, network monitoring, remote administration, and knowledge of routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Knowledge of network architecture and design, device installation and deployment.
• Possess strong knowledge of and the ability to demonstrate practical expertise with routing protocols.
• Good familiarity with TCP/IP networking, switching, MPLS, and routing technologies.
• Proficiency in common topology, design, and network optimization.
• Have knowledge of software-defined wide area networks.
• Have knowledge of public clouds and virtualization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• At least 2 – 3 years' experience setting up and managing networks, with CCNP certificate
• Has practical knowledge about virtual private networks and encryption technologies.
