Job Scope

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Maintain good customer service toward guest, residents, shoppers and customers
• Assist in the execution of shopping mall’s promotion and redemption programmes.
• To assist in office and administrative matters.
• Handle all customers’ enquiries and provide assistance
• To learn and familiarize with the different systems and SOP.
• To receive and forward all courier service documents & parcels at the reception counter.
• Any other task as assigned by immediate supervisor/management.

Requirements

We serve alcohol and pork in our establishment.

Working Location: Raffles Place / Tanjong Pagar

Working location will be assigned according to requirements.

Part Time Employment: 3-4 weekdays (lunch shift preferred) (Mon-Fri)

Closed on PH and Sundays

Commitment period: at least 3 months.

Immediate start, and can commit at least until the end of May will be preferred.

Shifts: 10:30 am - 3:30 pm / 12 pm - 4 pm / dinner shift can be discussed

Salary: $12 - $14 /h depending on schedule and experience

Barista or Service Experience preferred, training will be provided.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce or relevant fields

• High degree of professionalism in customer service
• Exceptional people skills
• High standards of customer communication skills
• Prior experience in the beauty line preferred
• Ability to stay calm and excellent in handling difficult customers

Our client is a government agency and they operates a gallery that presents opportunities to educate and raise public interests through multimedia and interactive stations. The visuals are presented in an innovative and creative way, which are laymanised for the public to understand.

Job Scope

• Open and close up the gallery;
• Attend to visitors’ requests, feedback, phone calls and emails;
• Manage visitors’ registration, set-up, operations and tear down for events and/or activities;
• Engage visitors in the gallery on their experience
• Make daily rounds at regular intervals to ensure that exhibits are functioning and check for defects in the gallery;
• Prepare and submit daily reports which include visitorship, checks on gallery, status of defects in the gallery, etc;
• Stock take and replenish collaterals and premiums;
• Pack premiums for visits and/or events;
• Manage simple troubleshooting for the gallery’s exhibits and infrastructure
• Liaise with other vendors and contractors to ensure that above daily duties are carried out properly;
• Attend the fire safety briefings, fire drills and handle incidents such as accidents with injury or illness, any acts of disturbance or violence and acts of mischief or vandalism in the gallery;
• Manage and schedule volunteers;
• Perform non-cash transactions for sales of merchandise, monitor stock levels, and conduct inventory counts; and
• Any other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Good communication, adaptive reasoning and interpersonal skills;
• Meticulous, independent and service oriented;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office;
• Relevant customer service experience;
• Presentably attired in office wear.
• Basic knowledge of the exhibit content and be familiar with the gallery layout.
• Be familiar with organisation’s bizSAFE documents such as Risk Assessments, Safe Work Procedures, fire escape routes and fire emergency procedures
