• Execute and optimize supply plans; update planning system data, manage product lifecycle, and address Engineering Change Requests;
• Oversee key metrics (backlog, fill rate, inventory turn, etc.) and analyze forecasts to develop weekly supply plans;
• Address product backlogs and fill rates, working cross-functionally to resolve issues;
• Manage procurement, repair cycles, supplier communication, and ensure order reconciliation;
• Identify and implement system enhancements in collaboration with stakeholders and IT.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required;
• 3+ years in supply/demand planning, supplier management, and ERP systems;
• Knowledge of supply chain best practices, strong analytical and leadership skills;
• Effective communication, influencing, and negotiation skills within matrix organizations;
• Strategic and tactical thinking, attention to detail, and strong numerical skills;
• Proven cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments;
• Excel proficiency; experience with Business Objects, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is a plus.
