Overview

• Provide technical support, propose solutions and project related queries for all Wired, Wireless network.
• Perform analysis, Plan, Coordinate and Implement all change requests on existing network equipment.
• Maintain records of system details (e.g. configuration, changes, problems, disaster recovery document) for network equipment.

• Manage and coordinate all lifting activities, including lifting and erection plans for crawler and mobile cranes
• Prepare and review lifting plans, method statements, risk assessments, and safe work procedures, while conducting daily site walkabouts to monitor HSE compliance
• Prepare lifting plans, coordinate site teams, ensure compliance, and liaise with clients and executives
• Conduct site inspections for compliance and coordinate with client and executive teams.

About the Job:

We are looking for a talented IT Support Engineer with expertise in electronics and electrical engineering, especially with Marine Satellite Communications equipment. Key Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Chief Operations Officer, providing regular updates on service delivery, operations, and technical challenges.
• Provide technical support for over 200 vessels, handling an average of 15-30 support tickets per month, primarily related to Marine Satellite Communications equipment, IT networking, and associated issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with Marine Satellite Communications systems, components, and IT networks, ensuring timely and effective problem resolution.
• Manage and coordinate operational and logistical tasks related to satellite communication services, including overseeing service delivery to clients.
• Assist with sales order processing, ensuring accurate and timely fulfilment of customer orders.
