Key Responsibilities:

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a high level of communication, both internal and external, along with the proper execution of customer orders from initial inquiry through delivery of product on domestic and international sales. 12. Evaluate standard operating procedures and order entry systems for accuracy and suitability.
13. Dedicate the time required to achieve customer satisfaction and the responsibilities of an Inside Sales Associate, beyond normal work hours, if necessary.
14. Maintain required department documents such as specifications, price list, discount list, customer account list, and any other controlled documents issued to sales.

• Possesses at least a Degree or Diploma
