Key Responsibilities

• Electrical Design: Collaborate on system requirements, develop schematics, select components, and design control logic for marine vessel propulsion/control systems.
• Commissioning and Integration: Oversee installation, testing, and validation of electrical systems.
• System Optimization: Analyze performance, identify optimization opportunities, and implement innovative solutions.
• Documentation and Reporting: Create technical documentation and commissioning reports.
• Regulatory Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with maritime regulations, industry standards, and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Relevant experience in electrical design/commissioning (marine propulsion/control systems preferred)
• Proficiency in electrical design software (AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN) and simulation tools
• Knowledge of marine electrical systems, industry standards (ABS, DNV, IMO), and regulations
• Requires to travel overseas for commissioning activities (shipyards/vessels)

• Overall in-charge for PMIC, Mixed Signal & RF IP Test characterization, Test code development and Test Platform Enablement.
• Liaise closely with test engineering team and production support team to drive debug activities and data correlation with ATE.
• Deliver detailed status reports at each phase, test limit (guard band) generation and summary reports.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of characterizing mixed signal IP & RF experience with lab equipment such as Spectrum Analyzer, Digitizers, High Speed Serial Data analyzers, etc.
• Proficient in Embedded C/C++, LabVIEW, FPGA development.

Job Overview – Client Services Specialist (Rotating Shifts)

Responsibilities

• Perform daily system health checks.
• Provide 1st and 2nd level technical and functional support for client queries and issues over phone and email.
• Research problems thoroughly, test solutions and make recommendations to clients.
• React to critical issues on a timely basis i.e. troubleshoot, investigate and escalate (if necessary) issues and create or apply appropriate solutions to immediate issues.
• Troubleshoot problems across a wide range of technical skills including Unix, SQL, XML, FIX and Java.
• Provide assistance in our product and explaining processes in accordance with internal procedures.
• Provide project management for onboarding of (i) Client setups and (ii) Bank connections.
• Provide weekend support for deployment and post-checks.
• Configure demo environments for sales.
• Maintain awareness of relevant technical and product trends with self-learning and job shadowing.

Required

• Able and willing to work on night shifts and public holidays
• Experience working in a Technical Support environment with excellent customer service skills.
• Basic understanding of FX market and/or a desire to learn FX.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing with customers and colleagues at all levels of technical and non-technical skill sets.
• Knowledge on UNIX command line, SQL or Java programming is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Computer Studies or related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of Linux environment.
• At least 2 years of experience in support related fields is required.
• Knowledge of FX is a strongly preferred. If not, knowledge in other financial asset class is helpful.
