KEY ACTIVITIES
The purpose of this role is to perform tasks related to the production environments of all areas relating to the SWIFT and SIC/EUROSIC networks, including in particular application management, monitoring and 3rd level support. He or she will also share responsibilities with other actors in the team and acts as a backup when the expert of his domain is absent.
Principal Role
- As a technical expert: knowledge of the role of integration engineer, knowledge of SWIFT formats and messaging flows, management of application environments, techniques and infrastructure, tools around the technical support of applications in production.
- Performs technical studies for the management of applications and for the realization of projects according to the norms and standards in force and respecting the established schedules.
- Able to make an accurate and rapid diagnosis of the malfunction, then find the best way to remedy it.
- Ensures the good performance of the applications.
- Provide technical support with business and operations teams.
- Plan releases and release or format changes
- Ensure compliance with SIP SWIFT.
- Provide level 3 support for production applications (GTExchange, SAG, SNL, SIC, GTMatch, GTData, GTFrame, Voting, Ullink)
Job Qualifications
Domain Knowledge:
- As a technical expert: knowledge of the role of integration engineer, knowledge of SWIFT formats and messaging flows, management of application environments, techniques and infrastructure, tools around the technical support of applications in production.
