Duties

· Carrying out process design works in accordance with project contracts / scope of work

· Preparation of process deliverables including but not limited to calculations, simulations, H & M balances, PFDs, UFDs, P&IDs, Line list, datasheets, control philosophy, C&E Charts, Technical notes, Study reports etc.

• Review facility layout, 3D-model and piping GA / ISO drawings and other cross-functional documents to ensure correct interpretation of process requirements.

· To be responsible for all the technical decisions or corrective actions associated with process design.

• Plan, Monitor & control process discipline workstream and provide progress updates to the PM and management team on a regular basis.
• Consult with other disciplines and foster a cohesive working environment.

Requirements

· Tertiary education in Chemical or Process engineering

• 10-15 years' experience (with minimum 3 years as Senior Process Engineer), Coal Gasification, LNG, New energies, Power, Refinery, Petrochem, O & G domain
• Those having experience in projects directly involving Coal Gasification, New Energy (H2, Ammonia, renewable energy), Energy Transformation or GHG Roadmap would be given preference.

· Experience in Conceptual, Feasibility and Optioneering Studies, with exposure to FEED, DE in an EPC/EPCm or Consulting environment

• Previous experience in managing a process team

· Able to collaborate & communicate effectively within a multidiscipline design team in a matrix organization, demonstrably a good team player

• The candidate shall have good knowledge of electrical design (LV and HV systems), motor control centres/switchgear, electrical installations and systems within industrial/process environment, HAZOP assessments, DSEAR/ATEX installation practice, production of SLD/BCD’s, earthing and bonding and familiarity with current UK design standards, including industry-specific standards and working practices.
• The candidate shall have proficiency in designing appropriate digital analysis packages and electrical design software such as Trimble/Amtech. Also, able to write and review technical documentation (technical specifications, control philosophies, URS)
• The candidate shall work to the procedures and processes to ensure the continuing development of the department.
• The candidate shall ensure designs take account of environmental issues.
• The candidate shall ensure that the design takes full regard for all health and safety requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• The Candidate shall have about 3 years of experience in electrical design works, preferably with contractor experience.
• Experience working on water and sewage treatment projects will be an advantage.
• Ability to rationalize designs and produce economic plant layouts.
• Ability to present technical proposals clearly, confidently and convincingly.
• Able to work independently in producing the project deliverables to meet project timeline.
• Proficient in written and oral communication with good interpersonal skills.

Responsible for civil and steel structures scopes for building construction works.

- Study tender / construction drawings, specifications, contracts scope of works to understand project requirements.

- Plan, schedule work sequences, prepare Microsoft Project for all task and micro-schedule form throughout the project.

- Perform site inspection and ensure that the work is carried out based on the project specification and construction drawing, consultant, and authority requirement.

- Liaise and coordinate with consultants, client, main contractor, other contractor and authority.

- Provide guidance to supervisors in relation to construction works, ensure progress according to schedule.

- Ensure project is executed according to micro-schedule and timeline.

- Resolve all engineering, technical and project queries from time to time.

- Prepare a report and method statement whenever necessary.

- Prepare progress report, handover report, meeting minutes, TOP/CSC documentation, and other requirement request by client and authority.

- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned related to project

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Civil / Structural or equivalent.

- Candidate must possesses Civil, Architectural, Steel Structures and/or related experience.

Additionally, processing customer orders, entering them into the system, and ensuring timely delivery are key responsibilities. Using computer systems to access customer information, process orders, and respond to inquiries is also a vital part of the job.

16. Observes PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act) guidelines and chain of custody of specimens. Ensure the accurate sorting, data entry, preparation, collation and sorting of specimens that contain patients personal data.
17. Ensure the proper storage and disposal of specimens as per company’s policy.
