RESPONSIBILITY

About The Role

1. Provide case management and appropriate level of care through risk assessment, care planning, and interventions to youths at risk and their families.
2. Collaborate with schools and community stakeholders to implement a holistic intervention and supportive care plan for youths and families.
3. Conduct and facilitate psycho-education group sessions according to the curriculum provided to youths.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Candidate possesses minimum Degree/postgraduate in Social Work or Counselling.
2. Relevant work experience of at least 2 years with youths and families is preferred.
3. Preferably trained in FAST (Family and Adult Support Tool) and/ or YLS/CMI (Youth Level of Service/ Case Management Inventory).
4. Knowledge and ability to case assess, engage, and carry out intervention plans in a timely manner.
5. Be able to work with clients in time-based programs to achieve desired outcomes.
6. Good team player with interpersonal skills in working with youth

Requirements

The role requires handling of measurement and detection equipment for military and homeland security. The ideal candidate should possess strong IT skills including, software installation and configuration. The resposibilities includes managing sales product inquiries, overseeing post-sales equipment delivery, performing regular maintenance, and conducting diagnostic analyses for troubleshooting and repair. A keen learning attitude and strong problem-solving ability are essential in this position. The candidate will also be expected to prepare basic reports. Effective communication and interpersonal skills will be important for maintaining and strengthening existing customer relations.

Job Scope

• Involved in planning and development of projects.
• Assist to develop mechanical and/or electrical engineering designs based on project requirements, from conceptual to schematic and detailed designs.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Acquisition and Implementation
• Advise and support corporate demand management in the acquisition and implementation of new services in regards to the IT landscape. Identify and evaluate potential solutions, ensure that requirements are met during development and support the implementation of IT
• Lifecycle Management
• Advise management on required upgrades of service components to guarantee continued support and required capacity to handle the expected load and volume of changes to keep the service aligned with changing business needs
• Service Coordination/product management
• Identify opportunities for service improvement. Acts as internal coordinator for the execution of service improvement plans
• Requirement specifications
• Formulate IT solutions/service requirements
• Architecture and design
• Contribute to enterprise architecture, start architectures and design or development of new services concerning the IT landscape. Contribute to standardisation and development of technical building blocks
• Development (coordination)
• Development of new and change of existing IT landscape (including coordination of 3rd party, and own development)
• Acceptance testing
• Ensure operational continuity and quality of deliverables of external suppliers through testing. Plan, organise and perform the functional acceptance test of new releases, including functional integration testing. Facilitate user acceptance testing of new releases by the business
• 2nd & 3rd level support
• Provide 2nd or 3rd level support on incidents and act as problem manager or SME for problems

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in virtual or (hybrid) cloud environments
• A minimum BSc in Information Technology or a related field
• Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer or equivalent education and experience
• A passion for continuous improvement and preventive controls to minimize disruptions
• Eagerness to explore new technologies and implement innovative solutions
• Experience working in a global IT team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
