Responsibilities :

• Involves in Development and Application Support for multiple applications in banking domain.
• Perform initial analysis for production issues and come with workaround or next action plan, working closely with counter parties (e.g. business users)
• Drive the investigations of critical production issues involving business users, vendors and different application teams from sub systems.
• Work with various partners such as Peer Application Teams, Infrastructure, Vendors, Security and Change teams, to provide seamless support for the business.
• Manage Production issues by responding in a timely manner in accordance with the Service Level Agreement with the Business.
• Provide Solution's and Coordinate with infrastructure activities for applications from initiation to go-live.
• Manage implementations of new application releases adhering to the best practices of the release management process.
• Enhance existing development, release, support process to maintain/improve service level & quality.
• Use dev-ops tools and frameworks to monitor applications and build recovery processes.
• Collaborate well with other team members and stakeholders in agile teams.

Requirements

• At least 7+ years of total experience in Application Support / Development. (Application support experience in mission critical applications in banking domain is a plus)
• Development experience in technologies like Java, Spring boot, SQL, Shells scripts, C#.net
• Fluent working in Linux environments and command line tools.
• Good to have experience: OpenShift, ELK, Application Monitoring Tools, Cloud Technologies
• Education: Preferably a degree in computer science/IT
• Experience of DevOps tools and framework to monitor applications.
• Team player with good inter-personal skills and ability to work with other teams as well as with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
• Able to work independently with can do mindset and minimal supervision.
• Good problem solving and process improvement skills, detailed and logical in thought process, able to articulate clearly and have good written and verbal communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

· As a member of the Product Engineering function you will be involved in the software development life cycle with a focus on delivering solutions for Interconnection product systems.

· Work in a globally distributed development team environment with minimal supervision.

· Hands-on Architecture, Design, Development, Automation Testing & Support of Software Products and Solutions

· Interact with stakeholder(s) to understand and document the product feature(s).

· Provides level of effort (LOE) for product backlog. Work with technical project managers and product management teams to define detailed user stories & prepare schedule.

· Assist in analysis & evaluation of new technologies to meet demand for product roadmap and technology platform goals

Qualifications and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field with 6+ years of professional software development experience

· Professional Experience architecting, building, deploying, and maintaining customer facing applications at scale in an innovative engineering environment

· Strong programming foundation with knowledge in Data Structures, Algorithms and Design Patterns.

· Minimum 3+ years Full-stack expertise in application design & development with Java technologies with knowledge of Spring, JPA/Hibernate, Message Queues & Workflow Engines with layered-microservices architecture.

· Minimum of 6+ years expertise on writing Test Automation scripts using Karate & Cypress

· Knowledge on NexusIQ, SonarQube, Sonar Linting, DAST scans, DDoS attacks, Defensive Coding & Penetration Testing concepts.

· Nice to have 2+ years of experience with JavaScript, ReactJS, and HTML5/CSS3

· Experience with database & caching technologies (Postgres, Oracle, Redis and Timeseries Databases)

· Hands-on experience with continuous integration and delivery using public cloud such as AWS, Azure or GCP and container technologies such as Docker, Rancher, etc.

· Experience in architecting and building large scale systems using scale-out architecture that require high availability, performance, high scalability, and multi-tenancy.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and solve technical problems on semiconductor machinery and systems, such as computer setups, advanced software, or networked/wireless systems.
• Carry out on-site installations, continuous improvement initiatives, parts overhauls, preventative maintenance, equipment modifications, and repair work.
• Act as the main point of contact between the company and the customer for both administrative and technical matters related to assigned projects.
• Organize logistics and coordinate with customers on equipment-related issues.
• Address customer complaints, offering timely solutions to resolve their issues.
• Track product performance, providing regular updates and feedback on customer service requests.
• Report recurring customer concerns to management to help prevent future issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in Semiconductor Industry
• Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
• Good time management skills, ability to meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail
• Good team player with the ability to work independently
