· Achieve the Digital Business targets for both connectivity and revenue.
· Support the development of the Portfolio, New Installation, Modernisation, Repairs Sales, and Fulfilment Teams to strengthen their knowledge and capabilities of Digital services / products.
· Prepare and maintain a sales opportunity and forecast database for monthly reporting purposes.
· Liaise with Schindler Supply Chain and Group IoEE Technical to ensure inventories and sales targets are aligned.
· Active involvement with Internet of Elevator and Escalator (IoEE) communications and networking to ensure SLS is up to date with latest developments with products and solutions.
· Develop a series of real-life case studies of digital services and solutions to support the sales organisation.
· Arrange for customer presentations and demonstrations of digital services.
· Prepare quotations to support the respective Business Unit Sales teams.
· Identify & Share Schindler Best Demonstrated Practices worldwide.
· Engage and maintain strong relationships with Internal and External stakeholders to foster the acceleration and growth of digital business (especially connectivity)
· Identify new opportunities for growth with digital Services and work with Schindler JSG and Group
· Follow up with customers post purchase of digital services and solutions to ensure they are familiar with the tool and fully utilise.
· Manage Technical Operations Centre including
-Schindler callback centre for Schindler Singapore (SLS)
-JSG EI initiatives assignment
-SLS strategic EI initiatives implementation
-EI business KPI reporting and follow up
-Key account management initiatives
-Other EI business opportunity development and assignment
