DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead the Customer Service team to achieve higher standard of service to all customers.
2. Serving needs of all existing customers.
3. Pre-sales role prospecting, presenting and closing deals.
4. Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner.
5. Perform and report on sales performance analytics.
6. Propose innovative solutions and ideas to increase sales and improve overall customer satisfaction.
7. Provide after-sales support to customers.
8. Undertake additional/ ad hoc tasks & responsibilities as and when required or instructed.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
1. GCE ‘O’ Level and above.
2. Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.
3. Pleasant and customer service oriented.
4. Resourceful and able to work independently.
5. Possess good time management & strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team.
6. Proficient in Microsoft words & excel.
7. Experienced in SAP will be an advantage.
8. Enthusiastic and good follow-up skills.
9. Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
