Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer with design & manufacturing knowledge.
• Prior experience of working as Mechanical Engineer, preferably in the automobile manufacturing sector.
• Experience with DFMEA and leading product from design to mass production.
• Proven proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD systems (SolidWorks, SolidWorks Simulation and AutoCAD) for design, documentation, and fabrication.
• Proficiency with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and moulding.
• Knowledge in modelling and simulation (e.g., SolidWorks Simulation).
• A strong propensity for teamwork, excellent communication skills.
• Good skills in communication and comfortable in working with the cross functional team.

As a Service Manager at Nation, you will be the face of the company for our customers who are the employers, and the Migrant Domestic Workers. Your primary role is to interact with customers, understand their needs, and attend to their requirements. By understanding the customers' requirements, you would then be able to find the most suitable match and drive our business success by converting these interactions into sales for our company.

Responsibilities

• Find prospects and leads, and understand our service offerings;
• Provide quality customer service to customers, and perform service recovery when needed;
• Understand the needs, and explain how we can align with their needs;
• Facilitate the selection & interview of Migrant Domestic Workers;
• Administrative and training duties in connection with the placement of Migrant Domestic Workers;
• Ensure that all the necessary documents are processed with the Ministry of Manpower;
• Travel to customers' location to follow up on leads;
• Any other ad-hoc duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) is a distinct advantage;
• Applicants without CEI may also apply; As CEI is an MOM requirement for this industry, applicant without CEI must be comfortable with taking the course + exam
• Minimally NITEC or higher;
• At least 2 years' working experience in customer service field;
• Team player and able to work independently;
• Good time management skills;
• Great interpersonal and communication skills;
• Willing to work on Weekends / Public Holidays (off days based on duty roster).

Responsibilities

• Able to manage project with minimal supervision;
• Attends external project kick-off meetings, meetings with clients or consultants as well as technical and co-ordination meetings, project meetings and internal project closure meeting;
• Ensures the adherence to the safe work procedure (SWP) established; and implement risk control measures;
