Huazhu Group (NASDAQ: HTHT; HK: 01179),founded in China in 2005, is a world-famous hotel group.
By 30th September, 2022, Huazhu has operated 8402 hotels in 17 countries, 797489 rooms in operation and nearly 140000 employees. Job Description
- Develop and implement a comprehensive operational strategy based on the company's overall objectives.
- Regularly review and optimize operational processes to ensure alignment with market trends and customer needs.
- Ensure all operational activities meet the company's quality standards and improve service quality through continuous improvement.
- Manage the operational budget, improving the company's profitability through cost analysis and control measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met and coordinate resources to support project needs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree Science in Hospitality Management or Business Administration. MBA is preferred.
- Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
- Familiar with Chinese capital market.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Problem solving, analytical, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
- Willing to travel frequently, sometimes need long-term to Europe and China for business trips
