General Description

Security Engineer with extensive experience in IT Security Engineering. The primary responsibility will involve handling L2 and L3 tickets, focusing on Zscaler-related tasks alongside other security solutions.

Responsibilities

Client Management:
The role demands a highly customer-oriented mindset and the ability to communicate technical context clearly. The engineer will support internal customers by advising, setting up, and executing virtual events effectively.

Business Management:
The engineer will oversee the development and operation of ZIA and other IT security services. This includes:

• Proposing strategies to enhance platform performance and stability.
• Designing, implementing, and supporting automation strategies for team processes.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to analyze and introduce new features.
• Troubleshooting user issues, analyzing incidents, and resolving bugs.
• Maintaining system documentation, including security configurations and architecture descriptions.
• Evaluating and procuring security systems while adhering to best practices.

Skills Requirements

Personal and Social Skills:
Candidates should have at least five years of technical, internal customer-focused experience. They must demonstrate strong communication skills, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and the capacity to interact with business users in financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:
To assist in coordination and logistics management of:
Staff security clearance matters
Client device delivery
Client device staging and image distribution
Client device deployment & OS upgrade scheduling
Client device acceptance
Submission of Declaration Form & billing (if any)
Support Project Manager on administrative matters (eg. Purchase etc.)
Track and compile project report regularly.
Update assets records of client devices handled by project team.
Work with Project team in ensuring that the client devices’ inventory records are updated & accurate
Work with Project team to handover the client devices for O&S
Monitor, track & review the Project migration output and key project progress milestone.
Submit the progress reports to Project Manager

We seek an experienced Azure Database Performance and Optimization Engineer passionate about performance optimization, database efficiency, and cost reduction in the cloud. In this role, you will address complex challenges like connection pool limits, high database CPU usage, and query timeouts. You’ll work on refactoring database structures, optimizing queries, and ensuring scalable, reliable, and fast user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Index and Query Optimization: Conduct regular audits of database indexes to identify and remove redundant or low-value indexes. Implement optimization techniques such as partial indexes, indexed views, and partitioning to improve performance and reduce storage costs.
• Connection and Resource Management: Explore and implement advanced connection pooling strategies and manage alternative connection techniques to prevent connection pool limits and maintain high availability.
