This role handles frontline operation role at the workshop

Responsibilities

• Managing all frontline operation in an efficient manner.

• To meet Customer requirements and Principal standard.

• To achieve KPIs target set for all Upselling Programs

• Liaise with the Workshop-in-charge at all times to ensure smooth process flow until the vehicle has delivery after repair.

• Coordinate service operation matters with other franchises (Ad hoc basis).

• Manage WIP invoicing.

• Achieving quality service & maintaining good customer relations

• Attend to all complaint/feedback related to customer issue.

• Monitor KPIs target set for all the up-selling program and take initiative to meet or exceed the targets

• Assist in rolling out new program to up-sell new product within the centre

• Assist in overseeing of on-time delivery of repair vehicle

• Participate in Ad-hoc Project.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Automotive / Mechanical Engineering

• At least 3 years of working experience

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work independently and is a strong team player

• Valid Class 3 driving licence

Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm

Responsibilities:

● Making & receiving customer inquiry calls

● Handling customer complaints

● Collecting & analysing customer feedback

● Responding to customer reviews

● Support software training & software installation with customer

● Intervention driver fatigue cases for commercial bus & SME companies

● Assist in the retrieval of camera footage for customers

● Prepare usage report for sales team for grants claim

● Prepare telematic reports for customers to improve driver behaviours & help

reduce accident cases

● Data analytics for software & product accuracy

● Back-end QC check for new vehicle installation project

● Observe & monitor for server performance

● Arrange CCTV installation or maintenance booking with the customer

Job Description:

• Process high volume of quotations, sales orders and invoicing accurately and promptly.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a courteous and professional manner.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve order-related issues.
• Arrange transportation for local delivery and liaise with warehouse for the packing and delivery of goods.
• Attend to walk-in customers.
• Preparing and verifying export documentation.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments assigned within reasonableness.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level Qualification.
• At least 1 year of experience in order processing or customer service industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented with excellent accurancy and multi-tasking abilities.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel).
• Able to converse in English and Mandarin.
• Mature, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
