The Food & Beverage Operations Manager assists the Senior Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to lead the Food and Beverage operations, by ensuring and maintaining the strategic and tactical positioning as a world class operation. The position is responsible for supervising the overall success of the day to day operations by adhering to the standards, the long term positioning as well as achieving all established KPI’s in the areas of revenue/profit, cost and expense management, quality commitment, team morale, recruitment of the best international and local talent as well as ensuring and upholding the innovative and creative reputation of the division.

Primary Responsibilities

Oversees Daily Operations and Achieves Targets

• Supervises the overall daily operation and assures highest service and product standards are met to consistently exceed guest’s dining experience expectations in any of the hotel’s Food and Beverage venues.
• Assures that all managers in Food and Beverage are aligned and follows the strategic intent as set out by the Director of Food and Beverage.
• Walks all Food and Beverage front and back of the house areas regularly on a daily basis. Notes on any shortcomings and takes appropriate action.

• Reviews Food and Beverage Cost and ensures it is in line with budget and forecast.
• Converses with guests in restaurants and bars to solicit comments.
• Controls casual labour and overtime submitted by Managers before sending for approval.

Marketing Plan and Revenue Management

• Works closely with Senior Assistant Director of Food and Beverage to plan business strategy and reviews ongoing action plan progress.
• Establishes an annual promotional calendar and plans menu with Senior Assistant Director of Food and Beverage.
• Works closely with Marketing Communication on promotional strategies for the Food and Beverage department.
• Makes recommendations to the Management on other potential source of revenue.
• Ensures all reports generated are accurate before submission.

Position: Treasury Operations - Trade Finance (Officer /Senior Officer)

We are helping our client, a reputable Chinese bank to hire for the above.

Responsibilities:

· Handle and process daily treasurysettlement and clearing transactions.

· To balance Nostro accounts closing and opening balance daily.

· Process customer internet banking.

· Perform loan processing / administration duties in fix deposit and corporate loan (syndication/ bilateral loan, loan booking, etc.), personal loan, safekeeping of original documents and collaterals.

· To ensure proper processing of Trade Finance transactions.

· To process remittance transactions, i.e. MT202, MT103, MEPS008, MEPS009 etc.

· Prepare daily, weekly, monthly report to H.O. and MAS.

· Participate for any system enhancement / testing/ projects/BCP assigned.

Requirements:

· Bachelor Degree in relevant fields

· Min 3 years of relevant experience in the Banking industry.

· Strong understanding and experience in swift operations.

· Able to process remittance transaction and common types of swift message.

· With knowledge of accounting entry and reporting.

· Good understanding and knowledge in various treasury products, e.g. Money Market, Foreign Exchange, Security/Bonds, derivative products and possessing treasury settlement and clearing processing experience preferred.

· Experience of handling trade finance products, i.e. L/C, L/G, collection, invoice financing, bill discounting, forfeiting preferred.

· Being familiar with local clearing systems, i.e. MEPS+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide business analytic strength to help drive initiatives critical to ongoing growth, develop SME knowledge of APAC markets and Meta messaging products to identify trends and product opportunities, providing data-driven feedback of market nuances to central product teams. Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years of work experience in Corporate Development/Statistics/Management Consulting at a top-tier consulting firm and/or in a corporate enterprise setting, strategy/planning & operations team.
• Execution-oriented and scrappy. Solid project management and stakeholder influencing skills, with solid commercial / business acumen.
• Enjoys the challenge to thrive in a complex, ambiguous and fast-changing environment with agility to drive results through effective problem solving, collaboration and communication.
• Distinctive problem solving and analytical skills, can solve complex and diverse business problems (commercial, operational, organizational). Can effectively influence and present key concepts to leadership audiences.
• Superior Excel and Powerpoint skills. Working knowledge of SQL, experience with managing large data sets.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or a degree in an analytical field, i.e., Finance, Business Management, Statistics
• Knowledge of Meta and products, as well as messaging and AI tools
• Prior experience working in a large conglomerate/enterprise with multiple org and business units
• Fluency in SQL/Python/R
