• Supervise vessel accountant teams to ensure timely submission of vessel reports to clients/stakeholders.
• Coordinate and collaborate to meet the accounting requirements of Vessel Owners.
• Manage and regularly review the Accounts Receivable of Vessels.
• Collaborate with vessel accountants to identify and recover various revenue streams from Ship Owners.
• Generate periodic financial reports for all accounts receivables and share them with senior management.
• Provide decision support to internal stakeholders by conducting financial analysis of vessels.
• Use historical financial data and future projections to inform internal stakeholders' decision making and align business decisions with financial implications.
• Investigate and address budget or forecast variances in cooperation with relevant internal stakeholders and report findings to the Senior Manager Finance and Accounting in Singapore.
• Mentor and develop the skills and capabilities of direct reports through implementation of development plans.
• Address competency gaps by conducting performance reviews of direct reports and working closely with HR.

Project Manager plays a key role in our Company bridging between the clients and the various internal and external stakeholders so as to ultimately achieve the client’s requirements.

He / She must be a good time Manager as this position will require the candidate to manage and coordinate all our clients’ Campaign timeline in an orderly fashion.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client onboarding exercise and complete onboarding checklist, SWOT analysis and gap assessment during the project conception.
• Planning with the team, choosing, organizing, and motivating across different vendors.
• Overseeing and monitoring all the Campaign progress activities as per the timeline.
• Delivering and ensure client satisfaction within budget allocated.
• Engage senior stakeholders to discuss and address project issues and risks.
• Drive and manage project end to end delivery including requirement, design, testing, deployment.
• Taking minutes and ensure proper documentation of client requests to manage delays arising from client or vendor.
• Provide timely updates to internal and external stakeholders as per required.
• Meet up with clients and conduct presentations whenever there is a need to.
• Be on time and reply to clients enquiries whenever necessary.
• Ensure all the Digital Marketing Campaign timelines are properly managed.
• Works closely with the Digital Marketing team.
• Conduct meetings, delicate work and communicate across clients feedback periodically.

• Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Marketing or Marketing Communication.
• Pro-active, hardworking, good working attitude, meticulous and results oriented.
• Resourceful and problem solver.
• Candidates must be able to function in agile work environments.
• Excellent analytics skill with strong business acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable data and presentation
• Excellent presentation skills that encompass clear, compelling communications tailored to different group of stakeholders.
• An advantage to have, Marketing / Digital Marketing background, website development experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5 years relevant working experience in leading teams to achieve target (e.g Chiropratic, Fitness membership, Beauty Salon)
• Able to do things through people (a Manager of Managers)
• A tactful and diplomatic communicator

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare the daily schedule of technicians
• Daily briefing of technicians on any special instructions
• Process paperwork, quotations and billing
